Less Talk More Rock

Today I read this.

It's probably the best advice on creating games I've ever read.

Hooray :D

Yeah, the author gave this talk at GDC during the Independent Games Summit. It was awesome and quite informative.

Oh, that would have been a great talk to check out. I think it's something more relevant to indie developers than big name ones, but for those of us free of the constraint of big publishing houses, it sure is a great read.

Ah, great read. So simple, and yet... well, it sounds as if it should work as long as you're not of of those big fish in the big pond.
And shit yeah, I find a bit of myself in there... I love the Phase 1 and would love to stay forever there, and Phase 3 really should be the next move... but I really get caught a lot in Phase 2.
I swear my life is going to be a lot more rock!

Also, using Moses was some little touch of genius, wasn't it?

I think everyone falls for that sort of thing at some point. Can't be helped, I suppose.

Can't wait til you get stable intertrucks so you can hang around these parts a bit more, spectral friend!
