Despite a vast number of distractions today (Hooray for the internet!) I got some more work done on the game.
Mostly just adding puzzles and junk in so far, so it doesn't look that much advanced from where it was yesterday - but putting things into the editor is always where I slow down, so I kinda expected it.
If anyone is actually interested, next alpha is here.
! seems to be going reasonably well in the 2 days it's had online. Most people are happy with the puzzles, which was my #1 goal here - and though I know I'm never going to make something that everyone likes, it is nice to see that the majority like it.
If no bugs have been reported by tomorrow, I'll throw the source files up here on the blog for anyone who is interested to have a poke around.

Hi! I first was introduced to your games by way of AGS. Shifter's Box was the first one I played. Let me tell you, I love it and every other game I've ever played by you. Huge fan of your games. I like your style, and the fact that you often used a female protagonist. Sometimes I forget about your games for awhile (usually a few months), and then I remember, and I think, I wonder if he has a new game? And you always do. And this time you had 3 that I hadn't played. I'm thrilled! You always make them very fast, but they are always well done. Most game designers take ages to release a new game and they leave me anxiously waiting. Thank you for your games, I'm off the play the 3 I just downloaded. :)
